How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy peasy! Just browse our shop, choose your Peasy Parcel or gift card, and head to checkout. Tee Top-Ups are only available after you’ve added a Peasy Parcel to your cart, so start there if you're new!

Need help or have a special request? Reach out anytime, we’re here to make things joyful and simple.

Can I purchase individual t-shirts instead of a Peasy Parcel?

Not at this time. Easy Peasy Tees are designed to be ordered in bundles, aka Peasy Parcels, to keep things simple, affordable, and fun for your whole group

Can I order without being part of a fundraiser?

Absolutely! You don’t need to be part of a fundraiser to place an order, everyone’s welcome at Easy Peasy Tees.

Just head to our shop, choose your Peasy Parcel or gift card, and checkout anytime. Fundraisers help support specific groups, but our parcels and gift cards are always available for direct purchase. Whether you're shopping for yourself or a gift, we’ve got you covered.

Can I change my t-shirt size after ordering?

Yes! We understand kids grow quickly. You can request a size change before your next shipment by reaching out to us — we’re happy to help ensure the perfect fit every time.

Can I track my order?

Individual orders (not part of a fundraiser): Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.


Fundraiser orders: Tracking is managed by your fundraising coordinator. Please reach out to them directly for updates on your order.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Our supplier does not offer bulk pricing. Because of this, we’re unable to pass along bulk discounts, but every shirt ordered still makes a big impact by supporting awareness, equity, and meaningful community initiatives.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use trusted, secure payment processors with encrypted transactions to keep your information safe and private.

How do fundraisers work?

Every time a family orders a Peasy Parcel using your school’s code, your school earns up to $25 per parcel: no inventory, limited volunteer work, no hassle.

Families place their orders online, and Easy Peasy Tees handles everything from printing to shipping.

Once your fundraising coordinator requests the funds, we send them directly to your school or group. It’s simple, impactful, and designed to support your community.

What Are the Minimum Order Requirements?

To qualify for shipping, your group’s fundraiser must reach:

  • 50 Peasy Parcels
  • 24 Spirit Tees (if your fundraiser includes them)

These minimums help cover the cost of free bulk shipping included with every order.

If your group doesn’t meet the minimum, reach out to Easy Peasy Tees and we’ll happily brainstorm ways to make it work for your community.

Can I track my fundraiser order?

Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking info so you can follow it all the way to it's final destination. Easy peasy!

Who do I contact about my fundraiser delivery?

If you are the fundraising coordinator and you have questions about your fundraiser delivery, feel free to reach out to us directly! Just fill out the contact form with your order number and fundraiser name, we’ll be happy to help and make sure everything’s on track.

Can I create a custom spirit tee for my fundraiser?

Yes! When you initiate your fundraiser, just select the option to be contacted by our Canadian designer. They’ll reach out to help you craft the perfect group logo, whether it’s playful, bold, or full of team spirit. We love bringing your vision to life!

What if my school or group isn’t listed or participating?

No worries! You can reach out to us to start a fundraiser for your school or group.

Individual purchases will be mailed to your home address, rather than supporting a fundraiser, those funds will be used to help pay for the extra cost of shipping and to support the costs of our Passing Forward program.

Do you ship across Canada?

We ship across Canada — except Quebec.

Quebec has unique French language packaging requirements. We’re working on it, and we can’t wait to include Quebec families soon!

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

We’ve got your back—whether you ordered through a fundraiser or placed an individual order. Here’s what to do:

Fundraiser Shipping
If your group’s Peasy Parcel is delayed or missing, start by checking the tracking link sent to your organizer when the order shipped. If it’s stalled or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, let your organizer know. They can reach out to us with the order number, and we’ll investigate and help resolve it quickly.

Individual Shipping
If your personal order hasn’t arrived, check your tracking link (sent by email when your order shipped). If it’s stuck or marked as delivered but nowhere to be found, contact us with your order number. We’ll look into it and make it right.

Your tees matter to us, and we’ll do everything we can to get them to you safely.

How does shipping work for individual purchases?

Individual orders are shipped directly to your home, which increases delivery costs, but Easy Peasy Tees is covering part of that for you. We’ve capped the ship to home charge at just $10 ($5 per shipment) to keep things accessible.

Your purchase also supports Passing Forward, though not at the same fundraising value as a group order. Every tee still helps move the mission forward!

How much does shipping cost?

The price listed on the catalogue page includes everything except tax, no surprise fees and no extra shipping costs. Tax will be calculated at checkout based on your location. What you see is nearly what you pay, just add applicable tax.

When will my order arrive?

Individual Orders
Individual orders don’t ship right away, they follow the same order deadlines as fundraiser deliveries. Your parcel will be packed and shipped according to the schedule listed at checkout.

Gift cards will be processed within 7 working days. If you need it processed quicker, please reach out on our contact form and we'll process your order quickly.

Delivery Schedule (Subject to Fundraiser Timing)
Our tees ship in seasonal bundles based on fundraiser timing or individual order date. Each parcel includes a mix of themed shirts—like Run Day, Truth and Reconciliation, Kindness, and more.

Where are the shirts printed?

All our shirts are proudly printed in Canada to ensure quality and support local businesses.

What does Print on Demand mean?

It means we don’t carry inventory, instead, your tees are printed when your order comes in.

We partner with a trusted Canadian-based print-on-demand team that’s committed to quality, sustainability, and making things easy for you.

Are the t-shirts unisex or gender-specific?

Our kids’ tees feature a comfy, unisex fit that works for all.

For adults, we offer both unisex and curved-fit options, so you can choose what feels best for you. You might notice that some brands label these styles as “men” or “fit,” but we believe gender doesn’t belong on a t-shirt.

What materials are the t-shirts made from?

We use soft, high-quality cotton blends that are durable and comfortable for active kids.

Our shirts are printed with eco-friendly inks, and we recommend washing inside out on a gentle cycle for long-lasting color.

Designs & Artwork

Where does your artwork come from?

We license select designs from trusted creators to ensure quality and consistency. Some logos and graphics are created in-house by our founder & designer, they bring a personal touch and creative vision that makes our collection feel authentic and uniquely ours.

We’re proud to license the Orange Shirt Society logo, and we’re actively building partnerships with non-profits to help amplify their missions through custom designs.

We’re always listening, if you have feedback or suggestions about the artwork, we’d love to hear from you. Your voice helps shape the impact we create together.

Can I submit my own design for a spirit tee?

Yes! You’re welcome to submit your own artwork, it’ll be uploaded as a custom Spirit Tee for your fundraiser. Just keep in mind that minimum order quantities apply, so we recommend coordinating with your group to make sure it’s a hit. Let’s bring your vision to life!

Can I get a spirit tee for my school or group if I don’t have a logo?

Yes. Our Canadian Designer is happy to partner with you. Please indicate your interest in the fundraising form.

Passing Forward is our sustainability program that collects gently worn t-shirts and redistributes them to students who need them—helping reduce waste and increase participation.

How do I send my gently-loved shirts to Passing Forward?

Gather Your Shirts

Collect gently worn t-shirts that are clean, free of stains, holes, or heavy wear.

Send Them In

School Collection: Some schools or groups gather tees in bulk, check with yours first.
DIY Drop-Off: Package and send them in yourself, it’s easy and impactful.
