🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out within 7 days and include a photo. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

🚚 Delays in Transit

Most orders arrive on time, but customs or other delays can happen. If your order is more than 10 business days late, let us know—we’ll resend it or refund you.

 

🔄 Returns

Because each item is printed just for you, we don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind.
But if your order includes the wrong tees, wrong size, or any defects, contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to fix it.

 

📦 Lost or Stolen Deliveries

We’re not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided. If this happens, we’ll confirm delivery details (address, date, tracking info, and carrier) so you can follow up with the shipping provider.
