We work hard to make every order feel easy‑peasy — from checkout to delivery.

📦 Free Shipping

All fundraising orders ship free. All orders with 3+ tees also ship free.

🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada. Additional shipping fees may apply for rural, remote, or northern addresses.

🏔️ Remote & Northern Shipping

Some locations in Canada are classified by carriers as remote, rural, or beyond‑point delivery zones. These areas may incur significantly higher shipping costs than our standard flat rate.

If your address falls into one of these zones, we will contact you before shipping to confirm any additional fees. Your order will be paused until you approve the updated shipping cost. If you prefer not to proceed, we’re happy to cancel and refund your order.

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, we’re unable to replace or refund it.

If this happens, we’ll help you confirm delivery details — address, date, tracking information, and carrier — so you can follow up directly with the shipping provider.
