Careers

Help us bring comfort, connection, and community to schools across Canada.

At Easy Peasy Tees, you belong, you’re valued, and you help create real change.

We’re a mission‑driven, people‑first company built on compassion, creativity, and community impact.

We design tees that help Canadians feel seen, supported, and celebrated — and we do it in a way that makes life easier for families. Our team is small but mighty, and every person here plays a meaningful role in shaping how we show up for schools across Canada.

Our people describe working at Easy Peasy Tees as feeling:

  • like they belong
  • like their ideas matter
  • like they can balance meaningful work with real life
  • like they’re part of something that genuinely helps communities

We believe that when our team feels supported, empowered, and able to be their truest selves, the ripple effect reaches every family we serve.

At Easy Peasy Tees, you’re not just doing a job — you’re helping create comfort, connection, and community for thousands of families.

Call for Canadian Artists

We’re currently looking for talented Canadian artists to collaborate with us on custom designs for several upcoming Awareness tees, including:

  • Chromosomal Uniqueness Inclusion
  • Breast Cancer Awareness
  • Ramadan
  • Holi
  • Asian Heritage Month
  • Filipino Heritage Month
  • Latino Heritage Month

As we prioritize working with local talent, we’d love to see if your artistic style aligns with our mission of creating designs that spark connection, conversation, and community. If you’re interested, please share your portfolio with us.

Project Requirements:

  • Residency: Must be a Canadian‑based artist.
  • Portfolio: A selection of recent work or a link to your digital portfolio.
  • Connection to the Cause: Artists should have a personal or meaningful connection to the awareness theme they’re applying for and briefly share that connection in their application.
  • Storytelling: Artists must be open to sharing their personal story and their connection to the cause in a public format. This may include written features, social posts, or campaign materials. All storytelling will be handled with care, respect, and alignment with your boundaries, and will only be used to support the campaign and honour your work.

We deeply value the unique perspectives Canadian artists bring to the table and would love to explore how we might work together on these meaningful projects.

Compensation: Commission‑based.

Please send your portfolio and a short note on why you’d be a great fit for this cause to hello@easypeasytees.ca with the subject line: Artist Application | [cause]
